9 hang cleans 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
6 push press 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 body squats
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 body squats
400m run
- keep a moderate pace the entire time and do not go right out of the gate
- this is a tough workout that tests work capacity
- place a cone @50m for 400m run and run to it and back 4x
- warm up well and get to work
