Today we are going to slow it down a bit and focus on body weight and cardio
Stamina – complete as many sets as possible in 18 min
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 butterfly sit ups
20 supermans
rest 4 min
Cardio – Run 1.5 miles on treadmill or track
- tempo run – every 400m, change pace
- alternate pace from slow to moderate every 400m until 1.5 miles is complete (2400m)
- focus on breathing and foot strike
