barbell bent-over row
- ex. 10 bench press followed by 10 bent over-row right into 9 bench press…
rest 4 min
Stamina – 2 min sprint
0:00 – as many power cleans as possible 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
1:00 do as many burpee box jumps as possible
- this will be tough but it will only last 2 min
- a burpee box jump is one burpee right into a box jump
- if you do not have a box, use a bench or back of engine
