Strength – work up to a semi-heavy power clean
- not a max, stop when it starts to feel heavy

- go lighter and focus on form
- rest 3 min between sets
rest 5 min
Standing strict barbell press
8×3
- go a little heavier but not heavy enough to sacrifice form
rest 5 min
Stamina – 40 curtis P’s (link for demo above)
- guys use 95lbs and girls use 45lbs
- try to get through them at a moderate but consistent pace
- when it starts to get tough, keep going.. this is where results come from
