4x400m sprints
5-8 min job or bike
stretch for 20-30 min
- keep the job or bike light to moderate
- rest 3 min between each 400m sprint
- max effort for the sprints
- perform on a track if possible
- if not, place a cone @50m and use for all sprints
- 50m is approximately 65 walking paces
- run down and back 4x
