This one is a tough one so go through each set smooth and quick – “smooth is fast”
Stamina – complete 2 sets as fast as possible ( each time through the list is one set)
800m run
20 hang cleans 135lbs guys and 95 lbs girls (all sets)
rest 2 min
complete 2 sets as fast as possible
400m run
15 hang cleans
rest 2 min
complete 2 sets as fast as possible
200m run
10 hang cleans
- each set should be done as quick as possible
- modify weight if needed
- place a cone @50m for the run (65 walking paces)
- down and back is 100m – do the math…
- this is three different workouts so go hard on each one
- example of one set: 800m run, 20 hang cleans, 800m run 20 hang cleans… rest 2 min
