Stamina – Death by hanging knee raises and burpees
with a running clock:
on 1:00 do 1 hanging knee raise and 1 burpee
on 2:00 do 2 hanging knee raises and 2 burpees
- repeat pattern until you cannot complete the required reps for that set
- it will be easy at first but it will get hard, push your self to get through the min in the later sets
- this is all you’re doing today so make it good, hydrate for tomorrow
