Stamina/strength – complete as many sets as possible in 10 min (ascending by 1 each set)
1 deadlift
1 hang clean
1 shoulder to over head
1 pull up
- then 2 of everything and then 3 of everything…. until the 10 min is up
- it will be tough so keep moving and push through
- guys use 115lbs and girls use 65lbs
- modify if needed
*I ended up getting 1 deadlift in the round of 11 @135lbs
