Stamina Test Time – for those new to our program, every month we do this stamina test to see how you are progressing.
This is the only thing you’re doing today so warm up well and make it count
Stamina – complete the list as fast as possible
50 deadlifts @185lbs guys/115lbs girls
50 shoulder to over head (full extension at top) guys use 95lbs and girls use 45lbs
50 burpees
- guys place your 25’s on the bar first then 45’s for a quick transition from deadlifts to shoulder to over heads
- remember to keep your core tight and breathe
