6×2 @75-80% of 1 rep max

Stamina – these 2 workouts are to be done back to back
every 2 min for 10 min (5 sets) – perform 12 dumbbell alternating snatches (6 each side)

every 2 min for 10 min perform 12 burpees
- guys use 40-65lb dumbbell and girls use 25-50

Core – superset butterfly sit ups and hanging knee raises (or toes to bar)
