one thing to know for this workout is that the quad combo is one set

10 body squats
10 lunges
10 jumping squats
10 jumping lunges
Stamina – complete 4 sets as fast as possible:
Quad Combo
600m run
- this is .37 on the treadmill or
- place a cone @50m (65 walking paces)
- run to the cone and back 6x
