Stamina – For time, complete as fast as possible:

15 front squats – 135lbs guys/ 95lbs girls

20 shoulder to overhead 135lbs guys/ 95lbs girls – can use push press, push jerk or strict press

25 hang cleans 135lbs guys/ 95lbs girls
400m run
25 burpees
- use a treadmill or place a cone @50m (65 walking paces) for the 400m
- scale weight down or up as needed
- move quick
rest 5 min
Core – 3 sets with 1 min rest between each set
15 hanging knee raises
20 4- count flutter kicks
25 bicycle crunches
30 crunches
