50 dumbbell swings (50lbs guys/30lbs girls)
400m run
25 hand release push ups

50 box jumps or box step ups

- this is to be done as fast as possible
- hand release push ups is letting your chest touch the ground then lifting your hands off the ground 1 inch
- if you don’t have a box for box jumps, use bench or back of engine
- place a cone @50m (65 walking paces) run to it and back 4x for 400m run
