Strength – front squat

- work up to a heavy weight and take time between sets

Stamina – complete 6 sets as fast as possible (each time through the list is one set)
7 dumbbell thrusters (30-50lbs guys and 15-30lbs girls)
7 burpee pull ups
- this should be a sprint but you will get tired, when you feel like you’re tired, keep going… that is where results come from
- a burpee pull up is a burpee right into a jumping pull up
