Stamina – Complete 4 sets as fast as possible (one time through the list is a complete set)
9 Hang Cleans 135#(guys)/95#(girls)
12 Burpees
Core – 100 supermans, plank 1 min, then 2 sets of side planks for 30 sec each side
4 Man Crew
Stamina – Two FF’s work together to complete 4 sets

Example – FF 1 starts on hang clean and FF2 starts with burpees and switch to complete each set. When FF1-2 complete the whole workout – FF3-4 starts.
Core – Each FF complete – 100 supermans, plank 1 min, then 2 sets of side planks for 30 sec each side
