Stamina – We are going to do “Murph” on Memorial Day and this is a little prep for it.
Complete 3 sets as fast as possible:
25 pull ups
35 push ups
45 sit ups
55 body squats
400m run
- warm up well and make sure to move as quick as possible
- this took me 18:55
- set a cone @50m (65 walking paces) run to it and back 4x
