Stamina – Complete 7 sets for time (each time through the list is one set)
Buy in: 400m run place a cone at 50m (65 walking paces) then:
10 pull ups (or jumping pull ups)
15 push ups
10 body squats
15 butterfly sit ups
- Start off with a 400m run and perform another 400m run every 8 min until finished
- You may have to do push ups on knees on the later sets but push through
