Strength – Spend 10-15 min to work up to a heavy pause back squat
- be sure to warm up well and pause for 5 sec in the bottom
rest 4 min
Stamina – Complete 4 sets as fast as possible
10 clean and press 115lbs guys/75lbs girls
400m run
- one set = 10 clean and presses and a 400m run
- place a cone @50m (65 walking paces) and run to it and back 4x for the 400m run
rest 5 min
Core – Weighted planks
4×45 sec on and 45 sec off with a 25-45lb plate on lower back
rest 1 min
Side plank – 3x30sec each side
