Stamina – Superset bench press and pull ups – set of 10 of each, 9 of each, 8 of each… all the way to 1
- do not rest but move at a slow and consistent pace
- use body weight if possible for bench
- if you do not have a spotter use dumbbells but make it challenging
rest 4 min
superset push ups and dips
- set of 20 of each, set of 15 of each and set of 10 of each (for time)
- if you do not have a way to do dips, do bench dips
rest 3 min
Core – superset butterfly sit ups and hanging knee raises
4×25 butterfly sit ups and 15 hanging knee raises (slow and controlled)
