Individual
Stamina – As fast as possible, complete the following
800m run
40 burpees
40 Ground to overhead 45#/25# plate (first weight for guys, second for girls)
40 Pull ups (if 40 seems too crazy, perform 15) Pull up progression
800m run
4 Man Crew
Stamina – Each FF complete 3 sets of each and rotate each time FF-1 gets back from 800m run
FF1 – 800m run
FF2 – 30 push ups (then rest until FF1 gets back)
FF3 – burpee, as many as possible until FF1 gets back
FF4 – Perform 15 pullups (then rest until FF1 gets back
