Stamina – Every min, on the min, for 30 min complete the following:
min 1-10
complete:
5 deadlifts – 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
5 pull ups (even min)
5 dips (odd min)
min 11-20
3 deadlifts – 185lbs guys/115lbs girls
5 pull ups (even min)
5 dips (odd min
min 21-30
1 deadlift – 225lbs guys/135lbs girls
5 pull ups (even min)
5 dips (odd min)
- every min you will be doing deadlifts and either pull ups or dips
- example – on 1:00, do 5 deadlifts and 5 pullups, rest until 2:00 then do 5 dreadlifts and 5 dips…
- your are decreasing in reps but increasing in weight every 10 min
- you may do jumping pull ups when needed
- you may modify weight up or down
- you may do bench dips
- be sure to warm up lower back well (scorpions)
- do not sacrific form, if you do, decrease in weight
