Strength – spend 10-15 min and work up to a heavy power clean (not a max)

Stamina – Complete the following:
perform as many power cleans as possible in 4 min (use 50% of the heaviest rep completed above)
rest 4 min
perform as many burpee box steps ups as possible in 3 min
rest 4 min
perform as many body squats as possible in 2 min
rest 4 min
perform as many burpee pull ups as possible in 1 min
- this is a quick but effective workout today, be sure to push yourself
