Stamina – complete the list as fast as possible:
50 deadlifts (guys use 185lbs/girls use 115lbs)
50 barbell shoulder to over head (guys use 95lbs and girls use 45lbs)
50 burpees
- modify weight if needed but make it tough
- be sure to warm up for 10-15 min
- warm up lower back with scorpions and leg swings
- shoulder press can either be strict, push press or push jerk
- push through the burpees
- break up sets however you like but keep resting to a minimum
- this is a tough workout so push yourself
- tomorrow is a rest day
