Strength – every min, on the min for 10 min complete the following:
8 back squats
4 front squats
- on 0:00 do 8 back squats
- on 1:00 do 4 front squats
- repeat pattern for 10 min/sets
- mess around with some different weight and choose a challenging weight
- use the same weight for front and back squat
rest 5 min
Stamina – complete the list as quick as possible
30 box step ups
30 butterfly sit ups
20 box step ups
20 butterfly sit ups
10 box step ups
10 butterfly sit ups
20 box step ups
20 butterfly sit ups
30 box step ups
30 butterfly sit ups
