Stamina – Perform as many sets as possible in 18 min (each time through the list is one set)
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 body squats
rest 4 min
Cardio – 30-40 min on either the treadmill, elliptical or bike
- 20 min if you have a rower
walk for 4 min then stretch for 10-15 min
