400m run
12 hanging knee raises or toes to bar
- perform a set on every 4 min mark
- ex. on 0:00 perform a set, rest until 4:00 then start your second set
- repeat 5x
- place a cone @50m (65 walking paces) for run
- if you do not have a bar, do 15-4 count flutter kicks
walk for 3 min then stretch for 15-20 min
