Stamina – 10 sets (one time through is one set)
5×50# dumbbell thrusters
5 chin ups
5 burpees
4 Man Crew
Strength – Assembly line standing shoulder press 10×10 (when one finishes, go to back of line)
rest 2 min
Stamina – switch every minute for 16 minutes
FF1 – dumbbell thrusters 45#
FF2 – chin ups
FF3 – burpees
FF4 – rest
