Strength – Superset barbell bench press and bent over row
10 of each, 9 of each, 8 of each….repeat cycle until 1 of each
- use body weight if possible and use a spotter
- also, use same weight for both exercises
- move quick between movements
rest 3 min
Incline bench press/or incline dumbbell press
3×12
- rest as needed between sets
rest 3 min
Up-right row
5×8
- rest as needed between sets and perform slow
rest 3 min
Perform 3 sets of shoulder combo – DEMO
- use just arms, 2.5 or 5lbs weights
- rest 1 min between each set
