20 slam balls (if no slam ball, perform ground to over head with 45# plate
4 Man Crew
Strength – Each FF find one rep max in push press

Stamina – each FF go through each circuit 5 times
FF1 – 100ft farmers carry 85# dumbbell in each hand
FF2 – 20 slam balls (if no slam ball, perform ground to overhead with 45# plate)
FF3 – 15 kettle bell swings 53#
FF4 – 20 push ups
