Strength – Superset bench and barbell bentover row as quick as possible – Set of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
- use body weight if possible and use same weight for both exercises
- do 10 bench press and 10 bentover row with same bar then go right into 9 of each then 8 of each
- repeat pattern until finished
- be sure to warm up and use spotter
Core – Plank Tabata (20 sec of work and 10 sec of rest for 4 minutes – 8 sets)
