- place a cone @50m for the run – 50m is 65 walking paces
- use dumbbells if you do not have kettlebells, you choose weight
- do ground to overhead with a 25-45lb plate or hose role if you cannot do wallballs
- you may do jumping pullups only after you complete as many true pull ups as possible
