Cardio/Stamina – complete 4 sets:
800m run (moderate/fast pace)
rest 45 sec
400m run (fast pace)
rest 3 min
- perform at a track if possible
- or place a cone @100m (130 walking paces)
- run down and back 4x for 800m and 2x for 400m
- push yourself today, tomorrow is a rest day
