Strength- Push Press, set of 5,5,3,3,2,2
Rest 3 min
Stamina – As many sets as possible in 5 min (should be a sprint)
5 dumbbell snatches (each side)
5 box jumps
5 toes to bar
Cardio – 30 min cardio
- Take your time with the push presses but sprint through the stamina workout
- be sure to keep core tight and lock out over head for push presses
- spend 5 min to practice the dumbbell snatches then choose a moderate weight
- choose either treadmill, elliptical or bike for the cardio
