Strength – spend 10-15 min to work up to a heavy deadlift
- overhand grip only
- no belt and keep perfect form
Stamina – complete 3 sets as fast as possible
10 burpee pull ups
15 dumbbell swings
400m run with object
- a burpee pull up is one burpee jumping into a pull up
- use a 30-50lb dumbbell for dumbbell swings
- run with a 25-35lb dumbbell
