Stamina – complete the list below:
800m warm up jog
4x400m sprints (max effort)
800m cool down jog
- be sure to warm up well
- the 400m is max effort and your goal is to get within 10 sec of last attempt
- walk 400m in between each set of 400m sprints
- this is best to perform at a track but if not, place a cone @100m
- 100m = 130 walking paces
- sprint to it and back 2x
- use the same cone for 800m jog
